Details
Because every rug is made to order, production begins after your purchase is placed. Our handmade creation process typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on current order volume.
Once completed, rugs are shipped in weekly batches, and tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Most customers receive their rug within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.
If your order has been in transit longer than 3 weeks, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
